All data operations shall strictly observe the mutually agreed mandates of confidentiality, integrity, availability, minimisation, and purpose limitation. To ensure accountability, the Organisation will generate logs of all processing activity, maintaining a continuous review cycle to detect and mitigate system vulnerabilities.

Why is this clause so important?

Standard logs only show who logged in. AI tamper-resistant logs capture the exact prompts used and the weights adjusted during a session. Purpose limitation strictly prevents a client's confidential merger data from being used to train a general negotiation bot.
